Anton Ariki

Born in 1992, Anton was raised on Easter Island (Chile) and moved with his family to Stockholm, Sweden in 1997. He started to play piano at the age of seven, and the guitar when he was 11. At the age of 16 he studied “Music Theory and Performance” at the prestigious music high school Rytmus in Stockholm, and later founded a company at 18 to sell music for media. He wrote the music for the feature film “Beyond the border” (released 2011). The film was awarded the Swedish Academy Award, “Guldbaggen” and has been sold to more than 40 countries worldwide. Anton worked as a music teacher for two years at “House of Music.” He is currently focusing on “The Ariki Project” while studying at Berklee College of Music and writing for independent films and commercials.
